This Privacy Policy describes how Human Capital Development Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through ceocadence.com. We operate this site in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable Canadian privacy law.

When you submit your email address through a form on this site, we collect that email address and the date of submission. We may also collect your name and the reason for your inquiry if you provide them through the contact form. We do not collect any other personal information automatically.

How We Use Your Information

Email addresses submitted through the pre-order notification form are used solely to notify you when the book becomes available for pre-order or purchase. Email addresses submitted through the contact form are used to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Express Consent

By submitting your email address through a form on this site, you provide express consent to receive the specific communication described on that form. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at david@ceocadence.com.

Email Service

Email submissions on this site are processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party email forwarding service. FormSubmit transmits your submission directly to our email inbox and does not maintain a subscriber database on our behalf. Data Retention

Notification list inquiries are retained until the book has been released and all pre-order communications have been completed, at which point they are deleted. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to address the inquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with any party other than the email service provider described above, which acts solely as a data processor on our behalf.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No data about your visit is collected automatically.

Your Rights
